DIE GESCHICHTE
In einer abgelegenen alpinen Schlucht stieß ich auf eine Oberfläche, die auf den ersten Blick unscheinbar wirkte. Erst mit der Zeit begann sich ihre Struktur zu öffnen.
Fossile Überreste eines urzeitlichen Meeres,
eingebettet in Stein. Spuren von Leben, das vor Millionen von Jahren existierte und bis heute erhalten geblieben ist.
Über mehrere Besuche hinweg wurde das Unsichtbare sichtbar.
Licht, Schatten und Perspektive formten aus der Fläche eine komplexe, fast abstrakte Ordnung.
Was zunächst wie Struktur erscheint,
wird zu Erinnerung. Zu einem stillen Zeugnis von Zeit, das sich unserer Vorstellung entzieht.

THE STORY
In a remote alpine gorge, I came across a surface that appeared unremarkable at first glance. Only over time did its structure begin to reveal itself.
Fossil remains of an ancient sea,
embedded in stone. Traces of life that existed millions of years ago and have been preserved until today.
Over several visits, the invisible became visible.
Light, shadow, and perspective shaped the surface into a complex, almost abstract order.

becomes memory. A silent testament of time that escapes our imagination.
